Jason J. Jancosko, DO, MPT Orthopedic Sports Medicine

Jason J. Jancosko, D.O., M.P.T joins The Orthopedic Center on September 1, 2013. His main concentration of practice is Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery as well as General Orthopedics.
Dr. Jancosko completed medical school receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2007, completed an Osteopathic Orthopedic Surgical Internship in 2008, and his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2012 all at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at The Sports Clinic Orthopedic Medical Associates in Laguna Hills, California where his training focused on arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, knee, and hip. Dr. Jancosko also has a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, as well as practical work experience as a Physical Therapist.
Dr. Jancosko is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He has provided athletic team coverage for the Philadelphia Soul- Professional Arena Football team, Philadelphia Fight Rugby Club, USA Tomahawks Rugby, and University of California Irvine Athletics. He now looks forward to supporting our local community by working with Dr. Richard Mason to expand our programs with athletes in the high school and recreational leagues. Dr. Jancosko currently serves as the team physician for Queen Anne County Schools. You will see him on the high school football field for Friday night games.

Born and raised in Easton, Maryland, Dr. Foster completed his undergraduate education at Mount St. Mary’s University where he was a member of their NCAA Division I baseball team. His senior year he was named the Northeast Conference Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year and graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Foster attended medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, graduated summa cum laude, and was identified as the valedictorian of his class, receiving the Balder Scholarship for Academic Achievement in 2016.
Dr. Foster went on to complete his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Maryland. During residency he had the pleasure of providing team coverage for Division I programs, including the University of Maryland football and basketball teams, as well as local high school football teams. Dr. Foster acted as the Administrative Chief Resident during his final year of residency and was chosen as an American Orthopedic Association’s C. McCollister Evarts resident leader.
Dr. Foster completed an additional fellowship, specializing in Sports Medicine, at the renowned Steadman Philippon Research Institute in 2022. While at The Steadman Clinic, Dr. Foster provided care for numerous professional athletes, including the U.S. Olympic Ski and Snowboard teams, and remains an active member of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard medical coverage pool.
Dr. Foster has published and presented several peer reviewed articles. His clinical focus is the care of the shoulder, knee, and hip. He offers a wide range of surgical services, including arthroscopy, ligament repair and reconstruction, tendon repair, cartilage transplantation, osteochondral transplantation, osteotomies, shoulder replacements, and complex reconstruction of the shoulder, knee, and hip.
Dr. Foster’s professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine. His interests outside of medicine include hunting, fishing, golfing, hiking, and skiing. He is excited to be back on the Eastern Shore with his wife, Heather, their daughters, Hadley and Harper, and their dog, Bear.

Richard J. Mason, M.D. joined Delmarva Orthopaedic Clinic, PA now known as The Orthopedic Center in 2000. His main concentration of practice has been that of sports medicine and joint replacement.
Dr. Mason is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, and completed his internship in general surgery at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. He completed Flight Surgery Training at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute of Pensacola, Florida, and served as Head Flight Surgeon for a United States Marine Corps combat helicopter squadron during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Dr. Mason completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Naval Regional Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. He went on to complete an orthopedic sports medicine Fellowship at Hahnemann and Graduate Hospitals in Philadelphia where he was an assistant team physician for three professional sports teams.
Dr. Mason is board certified in orthopedic surgery and one of the few orthopedic surgeons who has an additional board certification in sports medicine. He is a principal with The Orthopedic Center in Easton, Maryland, holds a faculty position as a clinical instructor in Orthopedics at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and is the Medical Director for the Surgery Center of Easton.

Kevin McCoy, MD joined The Orthopedic Center in September of 2017. He specializes in joint replacement of the hip and knee as well as general orthopedics.
Dr. McCoy grew up in Landenberg, Pennsylvania before attending the University of Delaware. After graduating, he went on to earn his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. After which, he completed a joint reconstruction fellowship at Duke University under the direction of Dr. Michael Bolognesi. During the fellowship he gained valuable experience and expertise in procedures such as total hip and knee replacement, partial knee replacement, anterior hip replacement, and revision hip and knee replacement.
Dr. McCoy’s professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
Dr. McCoy is the current Medical Director of the Joint Center at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center.

Stefano R. Muscatelli, MD joined The Orthopedic Center September 2024. His practice focuses on hip and knee replacement surgery, and he has completed advanced training in complex and revision hip and knee replacement, anterior hip replacement, partial knee replacement, and technology-assisted hip and knee replacement. He has expertise in outpatient joint replacement as well.
Dr. Muscatelli was born in New York, then lived in New Hampshire, Michigan, and Rhode Island before attending St. Mary’s College of Maryland where he graduated with honors. He then went on to earn his medical degree at University of Maryland School of Medicine, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he served as an administrative chief resident and was selected by his peers to receive an educator award. He then completed his hip and knee replacement fellowship at the renowned Anderson Clinic. During his fellowship he learned cutting edge techniques while training under world experts.
Dr. Muscatelli has been very active in research, publishing many abstracts, papers and book chapters. He has received awards for his work in joint replacement and has spoken at national and local meetings. Dr. Muscatelli’s professional memberships include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
Outside of work, Dr. Muscatelli is a fitness enthusiast, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and 2 children. They live in Trappe.

Rowan J. Michael, MD joined The Orthopedic Center July 1, 2025. His practice focuses on Hand and Upper Extremity surgery.
Dr. Michael is board certified in orthopedic surgery, with a subspecialty certification in hand surgery, by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers’ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. He completed a hand and upper extremity fellowship at University of Florida – Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida and his residency at Dartmouth Orthopaedic Surgery in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Dr. Michael has earned numerous accolades, including ‘Top Doc’ recognition from Main Line Today and the prestigious Bruce Fisher Award, presented to the top two graduating medical students in each class.

Dr. Stauch is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and continued his orthopedic training at George Washington University Hospital. He then completed a Fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York.
Dr. Stauch is board certified in orthopedic surgery with emphasis on hand and upper extremity surgery. He is a principal with The Orthopedic Center in Easton, Maryland. Over the years he has held several positions at Memorial Hospital of Easton including Chief of Staff and Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics. Dr. Szczukowski, Jr. is Board Certified in orthopedic surgery. He is the Founder and Principal with The Orthopedic Center in Easton, Maryland. He is very involved with the Memorial Hospital of Easton including past President of Medical Staff. He holds a faculty position as an instructor at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Sheila Taylor, D.O., joined The Orthopedic Center in September of 2022. Dr. Taylor is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine. She is a fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians. She is certified in musculoskeletal ultrasound by the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement (RMSK).
Prior to joining the Orthopedic Center, she practiced in Delaware for five years where she also served as the Associate Program Director for the Sports Medicine Fellowship and as a Team Physician for the University of Delaware.
A native of Philadelphia, Dr. Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY. She graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012. She then completed family medicine residency at Reading Hospital and went on to complete a sports medicine fellowship at Wellspan York Hospital in Pennsylvania.
As an Osteopathic Physician and former Division I collegiate rower, Dr. Taylor has strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports medicine. She enjoys providing musculoskeletal care for patients of all ages and all levels of activity. She specializes in evaluation and treatment of general musculoskeletal conditions and injuries that affect the bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments of the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, core, hip, knee, ankle and foot. This includes sprains, strains, tendon issues (tendinitis/tendinopathy), osteoarthritis, cartilage injuries, labral tears, nerve entrapment, and fractures.
Dr. Taylor’s specialized skills include diagnostic and procedural musculoskeletal ultrasound, joint injections, tendon sheath injections, nerve hydro-dissections, trigger point injections, and other tendon procedures such as ultrasound-guided tenotomy, shockwave therapy and platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections. Jennifer Baima, MD Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Dr. Jennifer Baima joined the Orthopedic Center in December of 2022. She is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Electrodiagnostic medicine. Before coming to the Orthopedic Center, she practiced in academic medicine in Massachusetts for sixteen years. She worked at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in outpatient musculoskeletal medicine, taught at Harvard Medical School, and did nerve studies at the Boston VA Medical Center. In 2013, she was recruited to the University of Massachusetts for musculoskeletal medicine, cancer rehabilitation, electrodiagnosis, and
teaching at UMass Medical School.
A native of the Boston suburbs, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and preprofessional at the University of Notre Dame while working on the sidelines as a student athletic trainer. She graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine in 2002. She did her training in Maryland with an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She continued to serve on the football sidelines throughout medical school and residency, but her heart always belongs to the Irish.
As a physiatrist, Dr Baima endorses exercise as medicine to return patients to function.
She enjoys counseling perioperative patients on prehabilitation, or using exercise before surgery to improve outcomes after surgery. She has performed three clinical trials in cancer prehabilitation and taught countless medical students and residents the musculoskeletal exam, but clinical medicine is her true passion. She sees patients of all ages for joint, bone, muscle, and nerve problems.
Dr Baima’s specialized skills include electrodiagnostic testing to evaluate nerve function and peripheral joint injections for osteoarthritis. She has a passion for helping patients return to function at any point during the orthopedic or cancer care trajectory.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She has written 23 peer reviewed publications, 12 book chapters, and two books. She enjoys running, especially along the Eastern Shore.
L. Todd Albrecht, DPM Podiatry

Dr. Albrecht joined The Orthopedic Center August 12, 2024. He was born and raised in the state of Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa and studied biochemistry from 1982-1986 and it was there that he found his calling, podiatry. he then attended William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL. he graduated cum laude in 1990. Following this, he completed a 2-year surgical residence at Central Medical Center and Hospital in Pittsburg, PA.
Dr. Albrecht had a 2 year association with Feet First Podiatry in Pasadena, MD before opening a practice in Easton, MD known as Easton Foot and Ankle Center in June 1994. Dr. Albrecht brings 30 years of podiatry experience to The Orthopedic Center. His practice specializes in diabetic foot care, elective surgical reconstruction of forefoot, foot orthoses and braces (diabetic shoes and insoles, orthotic devices, ankle braces,etc.)

Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant
Jason Aaron Burton, PA-C joined The Orthopedic Center in September 2017. His main concentration of practice has been that of general orthopedics.
He completed the physician assistant program in 2017 at Anne Arundel Community College and received his Master of Health Science through University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2017.
Aaron is certified from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Prior to joining The Orthopedic Center and graduation from his physician assistant program, Aaron worked as an Orthopedic Technician for several years in Annapolis, MD.
Aaron lives in Easton, Maryland.
Megan S. Dyson, PA-C

Megan Dyson PA-C joined The Orthopedic Center in 2022. Her main specialty is Spine however also concentrates in general orthopedics.
Megan completed the physician assistant program in 2017 at Towson University and obtained her Masters of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University/CCBC Essex in 2017.
She is certified from the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. Over the past 5 years prior to joining The Orthopedic Center was the sole physician assistant for an orthopedic spine surgeon who delegated all phases of care including pre-operative, intraoperative and post-operative care as well as in-office clinical management of patients.
Megan lives in Queenstown with her husband and two children.
Lisa Victorius, PA-C

I enjoy helping my patients get back to their lives, whether that be returning to the sport they love or a walk around the block. I strive to treat each patient as I would like to be treated.”

Lisa Victorius PA-C joined The Orthopedic Center in 2024. Her main specialty is in general orthopedics with an emphasis on sports medicine.
Lisa completed the physician assistant program and her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2014.
Previously, Lisa worked for a decade as the sole physician assistant for a sports medicine surgeon, managing all aspects of patient care, including care before, during and after surgery as well as in-office clinical management of patients. While attending the University of South Carolina for her undergraduate studies, she was captain of the cross country and track teams. She remains an avid runner despite multiple knee surgeries.
Lisa lives in Centreville with her husband and two children.
Glenda McCarter, CRNP

“My major focus is patient involvement in reaching their optimal goals of health. I am passionate about patient education and health promotion to avoid future health complications. It is my goal to treat my patients in a manner of which I prefer my family to be treated. I am excited to be part of The Orthopedic Center’s team and enhance the Osteoporosis program to help improve the lives of our community members.“
Osteoporosis Clinic
Glenda McCarter, CRNP joined The Orthopedic Center in September of 2018. She offers a comprehensive health evaluation to determine future risk of osteoporotic, fragility fractures. She also provides extensive education of bone health, including conservative measures as well as medication options if indicated. Together with other providers, she develops a patient centered treatment plan that is specific to your needs.
Glenda McCarter is a family nurse practitioner with more than two decades of experience. She received her undergraduate degree from Salisbury State University and her advance practice degree family nurse practitioner from Wilmington College. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the ANCC.
She served as a nurse practitioner for Maryland Healthy Weights and Rose Hill Family Physicians, LLC, both in Cambridge, Maryland, and on a per diem as an administrative supervisor for UM Shore Health. From 1997 to 2011, she served as a nurse practitioner for UM Shore Regional Health, John Woods, MD, and Choptank Community Health Systems. She also has experience in emergency, maternal and child health, intensive care, cardiac and trauma nursing, as well as in clinical nursing instruction.
She will see patients in our Easton office.
Glenda lives in Cambridge, Maryland with her husband.
